At our center, all teachers undergo comprehensive training to ensure they provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children. This includes coursework in early childhood development, age-appropriate instructional strategies, lesson planning, classroom management, and supporting social-emotional growth. All staff are certified in medication administration and trained in health and safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and emergency preparedness. To maintain the highest standards of care and education, our teachers also participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and in-service training sessions to stay current with the latest best practices and educational standards.
